产品设计是一个知识不断积累与重用的过程。针对产品设计中包含大量标准件的特点,结合标准件的使用过程,将标准件模型在产品设计中所涉及到的相关信息提取出来,并使用电子表格与XML文件相结合的方式对标准件知识进行记录,建立了基于知识重用的标准件库,实现了标准件的自适应与标准件组的快速装配,提高了产品设计的效率与质量。

Product design is a process of knowledge accumulation and reuse.Based on the characteristics of many standard parts and the usage of them in product design,a method to extract relative assembly information from standard parts and represent knowledge with spreadsheet and XML file was introduced and knowledge-reusable standard part library was built up.The self-adaptive design process and fast assembly based on knowledge reuse have been realized for standard parts and the quality and efficiency of product design were improved.
