传统的拉深工艺设计主要依靠设计人员的经验,因而设计周期长、成本高。拉深工艺智能设计系统能实现拉深模具设计的高质量、低成本、短周期,为此,本文建立了拉深工艺智能设计系统的模型。为解决拉深工艺设计系统中表格数据的表示问题,研究了规则知识表示的知识库在拉深工艺设计系统中的实现。使用Visual C++6作为开发工具,利用SQL Server 2000数据库技术,开发了板料拉深工艺的设计系统。实例证明,通过使用该系统能获得合理的拉深次数及各工序的工艺参数,减少设计人员的工作量,较好地提高拉深工艺的设计效率。

The model of intelligent deep-drawing process design system was created to realize high quality,low cost,short cycle of the deep-drawing die design which traditionally depended on the designer's experience.A knowledge base represented by rule knowledge in deep-drawing process design system was studied to solve the problem to represent data table in computer design system.Visual C++ 6 and SQL Server 2000 were used to develop the design system.An example shows that the design system can afford reasonable parameters for each process,reduce the work of the designer and improve the design efficiency.
