在Thermecmaster-Z型热模拟试验机上,对粗片状魏氏组织TC11钛合金在850~1000℃,0.001~10 s-1范围内进行等温恒应变速率压缩试验。分析了流动应力随热力参数的变化规律,并对Arrhenius型方程的适用性进行了分析,在综合考虑应变速率、变形温度和应变量对流动应力影响的基础上,构建出适合粗片状魏氏组织TC11钛合金的本构关系。误差分析表明,该本构关系有较好的精度。

The isothermal constant strain rate compression tests for TC11 titanium alloy with thick laths widmanstatten microstructures were carried out in the temperature range of 850-1000 ℃ and strain rate range of 0.001-10 s-1 by using the Thermecmaster-Z hot working simulator.The change of flow stress with thermomechanical parameters was revealed from true stress-true strain curves and the applicability of Arrhenius equations for TC11 titanium alloy was analyzed.On the base of effects of strain rate,temperature and strain on flow stress,constitutive relationship for TC11 titanium alloy with thick laths widmanstatten microstructures was constructed.Error analysis shows that the experimental data are in good agreement with the theoretical curves.
