小齿轮件的成形工艺及模具设计

针对小齿轮件(既有齿轮又有花键的小齿轮件)的花键和齿轮成形问题进行工艺分析。为了节约成本和使成形顺利进行,采用冷挤压工艺方案,并进行花键正挤和齿轮反挤的挤压组合模具设计。研究表明,小齿轮件采用冷挤压工艺方案是可行的,模具设计合理,可以获得准确的花键、齿轮齿形和较好的表面质量,节约材料,缩短辅助时间,降低生产成本。

The forming technology of spline and gear of pinion,which both had gear and spline was analyzed.The technology of cold extrusion was used to save cost and form successfully.Also,the die of spline direct extrusion combined with gear indirect extrusion was designed.The research result shows that the process of cold extrusion is feasible in pinion forming,the design of dies is reasonable,the fine shape of spline and gear can be gained as well as good surface quality,and the material cost,the auxiliary time and the production cost are reduced.
