内齿轮冷挤压精锻成形数值模拟与工艺研究

摘要:
对减速器的内齿轮及其模具建立弹塑性有限元模型,采用成形数值模拟分析对内齿轮冷挤压过程进行了模拟,得出了较为准确的成形应力分布;对应力结果进行分析,确定了应力集中的部位,从而找到了减少应力集中的办法,仿真结果和实际符合很好,较大程度地提高了模具的使用寿命。研究成果对冷挤压成形的有限元仿真以及塑性成形工艺控制和提高模具寿命具有指导意义。
Based on building the 3-D elasto-plastic FEA model on the internal gear of the speed reducer and its mould,the process of cold extrusion of the internal gear workpiece was simulated by the 3-D elasto-plastic FEA method,and the accurate distribution of forging stress was got.The results of stress distribution were analyzed,and the part of the stress concentratoin was obtained.A method of reducing the concentration of stress was found.The results of simulation make good agreement to the practice,and the serve life of the mold is prolonged obviously.This research plays a guiding role on the simulation of the cold extrusion, controlling of the technical parameter and improvement on the life of the module.
