直线轴承的主要部件钢制外毂架一般采用常规的机械冷加工方法生产,工艺繁琐、能源消耗大、生产周期长、质量稳定性差。为克服上述缺点,本文在分析直线轴承外毂架塑性成形工艺的基础上,利用模具冲压成形该零件,确定出了同时由外向内侧冲周向均布侧长槽的精密冲裁方案,并设计出一种可用于直线轴承外毂架侧长槽精密冲裁的模具,阐述了模具工作原理,指出了设计要点。实践证明,所设计的模具冲裁效率高,制件质量完全满足使用要求。

Traditionally,the liner bearing boss frame is manufactured by cold working.This procedure has many detriments,such as the complex technology,big energy consumption,long manufacturing cycle,and poor quality stability.In order to overcome these defects,based on analying the forming technology of liner bearing boss frame,the part was formed by punching.The high efficiency and reliable technological process for lateral slots was determined at the same time.The precise blanking die used for making lateral slots of linear bearing boss frame was designed.The principle and the key points of die design and manufacture were also indicated.It is proved by practice that the die is high in efficiency and product quality can completely meet the requirement of the working performance.
