控制电机温升和提高系统的稳定性是电动螺旋压力机稳定运行的关键。本文提出了一种基于可编程控制器S7-200的电动螺旋压力机控制系统方案,并对控制系统的硬件组成、软件体系及其实现方法做了详细介绍和分析。系统采用KEB变频器和伺服电机结合的传动方式,运用直接转矩控制电机调速技术。位置控制误差±2 mm以内,能量控制相对误差不超过3%,长期运行电机温度不超过85℃。

The key technique for the stable operation of electrical screw press is to controll the motor temperature rising and improve the system's stability.The control system based on programmable logical controller S7-200 was designed.The hardware and the software architecture of the control system were analyzed.The driving mode with KEB inverter and servo motor and the application of direct torque control were applied.Position error reached to ±2 mm.The tolerance of energy was no more than 3% and the temperature of the motor was less than 85 ℃ in long time working service.
