针对高强度异形件传统成形方法材料利用率低、原材料浪费严重的缺点,通过对一种典型高强度异形件的工艺分析,提出了温冷复合挤压工艺方案。研究了工艺参数的计算选择、难成形部位的解决方案和模具设计。经生产验证,该工艺提高了材料利用率、成形件精度高、表面质量好,取得了良好的经济效益,对该类零件的生产具有一定借鉴意义。

In view of low material utilization of the traditional forming processes for irregular parts with high strength,the warm/cold compound extrusion process was introduced through the process analysis of a typical irregular parts with high strength.The selection and calculation of process parameters,solution of forming difficult part and die design were studied.The practice results show that it improves material utilization and the products have high precision and surface quality.The economic benefits are gained.The application of warm/cold compound extrusion process has a reference value to the similar parts.
