依据噪声控制学中噪声控制工程评价方法的分类原理、冲压工艺模具学中冲裁变形细观理论模型分析各个变形阶段的噪声影响的定性认识,以及冲裁工艺噪声的实际情况,选择钢、铝、铜几种金属板料,先后用FFT(CF-920)和东华测试分析系统采集数据,进行了冲裁曲线和冲裁工艺噪声发射声压波形图的测试。根据实验结果,综合提出了冲压加工噪声树的概念,给出了描述冲裁工艺噪声发射声压波形图全貌的树廓形模型,为探寻冲裁工艺噪声发射规律及其控制研究提供一种新资料讯息。

According to the classification fundamental of noise control engineering evaluation methods in noise control theory,qualitative understanding of each deformation stage's effect on noise through using meso-theoretic model of blanking deformation in press technology and its die,and the factual condition of blanking process noise,selecting sheet steels,sheet aluminum and sheet coppers as blanked materials to do blanking experiments for measuring blanking force and blanking noise,two kinds of diagram were tested successively with FFT(CF-290) analyzer and Donghua test and analysis system,one is blanking curve,and the other is noise emission sound-pressure wave graph in blanking process.Based on several long-time experimental results,the integrated concept of Press Working Noise Tree was brought forward,and a tree model to describe the whole noise emission sound-pressure wave graph in blanking process was given,consequently,a new kind of information was provided for exploring the principle of noise emission in blanking process and its control research.
