为了缩短生产周期,降低生产成本,改进高速列车车体加工工艺,用微控电子万能试验机对10种高速车辆高强度铝合金板材进行了拉伸实验,获得了材料基本性能参数和应力应变关系;根据拉伸实验所获得的材料基本性能参数和应力应变关系及国家标准《金属薄板成形性能与试验方法》,用有限元方法对10种高速车辆高强度铝合金板材的冲压弯曲实验进行数值模拟,获得了10种材料共30个工况下不产生冲压裂纹的最小许用弯曲半径和极限弯曲角。根据有限元分析结果,优化冲压弯曲实验方案,指导高强度铝合金板材的冲压弯曲实验,从而大大地减少了实验方案数。

In order to shorten the manufacturing period,decrease the manufacturing cost and improve the manufacturing process of high-speed vehicle,stretching experiments of high strength aluminum alloy plates of ten types used in high-speed vehicle were done with the multi-test machine controlled by computer.Based on the mechanical property parameters and stress and strain relationship gotten by the stretching experiment,finite element simulations of punching aluminum alloy plates of ten types were made with finite element method according to "Performance Testing and Forming Method og Sheet Metal"regulated by the national standard of China.The limit bending radius and the limit bending angles of ten materials were gotten under thirty cases and the analysis results were used to guide the punching test of high strength aluminum alloy and to optimize the test cases.Therefore,the numbers of punching test cases are reduced.The cases of the test can be minimized to get the basic bending property parameters
