根据夹片的结构特点及技术要求,围绕如何保证产品质量、提高生产效率、简化模具结构,设计了这套复合模具。设计的关键是采用了一个活动的弯曲凹模和一个兼作弯曲凸模的顶出器,通过活动弯曲凹模的进退,将传统的分模加工合二为一,使落料、冲孔、压弯一次成形,避免了分模加工中定位误差的产生,从而保证了质量,降低了成本,提高了生产率。

A composite die for clip-blanking,punching and bending was designed according to the structure and specifications of clamping pieces by considering how to guarantee product quality,improve production efficiency and simplify die construction simultaneously.The key of this design was to adopt a mobile bending concave die and a backing out punch which also acted as a male bending die.By the advance and retreat of the concave die,the traditional sub-module processing was combined into one process by integrating blanking,punching and bending in one step.This design can guarantee quality,reduce costs and improve productivity.
