连接器端子悬臂变形问题的工艺预防

摘要:
悬臂变形问题是连接器端子在高速精密级进冲压过程中最常见的问题。经分析认为,分步冲裁导致的间隙和压边力不均匀是引起连接器端子悬臂变形问题的主要原因;分析了用集中冲裁法、两步冲裁法、压印工艺预防和控制悬臂变形问题的特点和原理;开发了某端子产品的工艺方案,在方案中采取合理的刃口分割、压印工艺措施来预防和控制悬臂变形;分析和应用结果表明,这些措施起到了从根本上预防和控制端子悬臂变形的作用。
The slender arm distortion problem of connector terminal occurs usually in the high speed and precision progressive stamping.The non-uniform clearance and pressure-pad-force are regarded as the most primary and important reasons of the slender arm distortion of connector terminal.The characteristics and mechanics of centralized blanking,two-step blanking and coin process used to prevent and control the slender arm distortion problem were studied.The reasonable splitting of cutting edge shape and coin process were applied in new process scheme of some terminal to previously prevent and control the slender arm distortion problem.The analysis and application result shows that these technology methods can prevent and avoid the slender arm distortion well.
