开发了一种新型液压联合冲剪机QA35Y-30。该设备采用单缸结构,通过机械杠杆驱动冲压工作机构;采取单片机控制,可实现单次、连续、微动等冲压及剪切操作,并具有自动计数及预置等功能。剪切工作机构采用参数优化设计,在功率相同、结构简化的情况下,可剪切的最大方钢、圆钢、角钢等尺寸明显增加,一次剪切宽度可提高28.3%,机器的净重降低了1 t,外形长度尺寸减小了400 mm,减少率达到14.7%。QA35Y-30是高效率、低能耗的机、电、液一体化设备。

A new hydraulic combined punching and shearing machine QA35Y-30 was designed.It adopted the single-cylinder and transmission lever controlled by the MCU to realize single,continuous,micro punching and shearing operation,and had the function of automatic counting and pre-setting.Shearing mechanism was optimized.So,with the same power and simplified structure,the ability of cutting steels of different shape such as square,round,angle,etc.was increased obviously.Comparing with other machines,the single cutting width was increased by 28.3%.The machine net weight was reduced by 1 t,the contour was reduced by 400mm in the length,and 14.7% reduction rate was achieved.So the QA35Y-30 is a high efficiency and low energy consumption machine with the feature of mechanical,electrical and hydraulic integration.
