复杂筒形壳体的工艺分析和拉深成形模具设计

摘要:
采用拉深工艺可以制成各种形状的开口空心零件。由于板料在拉深过程中,毛坯各部分的受力十分复杂,对复杂拉深件进行拉深工艺计算时,很难准确地分析出可能出现的质量问题。针对复杂拉深件底部形状不能一次拉深成形的难点,通过工艺分析和试模提出了解决问题的方法,设计了汽车真空助力器壳底拉深成形模的结构,并给出了壳底中心各次拉深示意图。该模具投入生产后,产品完全达到技术要求,创造了可观的经济效益。
Drawing and forming die is one of the widely used technologies in stamping,with which various shapes of open hollow parts can be made.Internally acting forces of blank designs are rather complicated during the process of drawing and forming die,so it is difficult to analyze the potential quality problems of complicated parts in this process.Regarding the difficulty that complicated shell bottom can not be formed by one drawing,a solution was found in this paper through technological analysis and adjustment of the die.The structure of drawing and forming die for the auto vacuum booster shell was designed,and the figures were shown for each drawing of the shell center.The products manufactured by the die can fully meet the technical requirements and bring favorable economic benefits.
