在对工具钢Cr12、Cr12MoV和Cr12Mo1V1的金相组织、冲孔与扩孔时的受力状况、加热温度、以及锻造特点等进行研究的基础上,分析了材料出现裂纹及内部晶粒度达不到质量要求的原因。指出了该类材料在锻造中应该注意和避免的问题,提出了冲孔与扩孔的工艺、以及热处理工艺。研究表明,冲孔时,应将相关工具预热到200~250℃;冲孔后,应对锻件进行清理;锻后最好采用炉冷。

Cr12,Cr12MoV and Cr12Mo1V1 are important die and tool materials.The microstructure of these materials,the stress distribution of punching and hole-expanding,heating temperature and the forging characteristic were studied.The reasons causing fractures and non-reasonable internal grain size were analyzed.The issues to be prevented and noticed for forging this kind of material were pointed out and the processes of punching,hole-expanding and the heat treatment were also proposed.It is proved that the proposed method has a good result,which can be utilized in practice.The research shows that the tools should be preheated to 200~250 ℃ when punching is carried out,the forgings should be cleaned after punching and the forgings should be cooled in the furnace.
