对铁路货车MT-2型缓冲器中心楔块的模锻工艺进行了研究与设计。在分析模锻件的基础上,确定了工艺方案,进行了工艺设计和模具设计。通过工艺试验及试验件锻造缺陷分析,改进了锻模飞边槽结构,解决了试生产过程中产生的锻造折叠。经过批量生产验证,模锻工艺合理可行,能够保证产品质量达到技术要求。

Die forging technology of center wedge of railway wagon MT-2 draft gear was designed.The part was analyzed and a scheme of forging technology was prepared.The parameters of forging and die were designed.Through trial production,the forging defects of the samples were analyzed.The structure of die flash groove was improved.The problem of overlapping in samples was solved.The results of mass production show that the forging technology is reasonable and effective.The quality can meet the technical requirement.
