汽车的机油滤清器是保障汽车发动机可靠工作、延长发动机使用寿命的重要部件。机油滤清器壳体是典型的深筒形拉深件,通常需要多道次拉深成形。本文介绍了筒形件正反拉深复合成形的特点,提出了机油滤清器壳体的正反拉深复合一次成形工艺,设计了机油滤清器壳体的落料、正反拉深一次复合成形模具,并用于生产实际。达到了优质高产和节能降耗的目的。

Car oil filter is an important component to protect the work reliability of automotive engine,and extend engine life. Oil filter shell is a typical deep drawing cylindrical part,usually requires several deep drawing working procedures. The characteristic of combined foringm process of drawing and reverse drawing in one step for tube-shaped parts was described,combined foringm process of drawing and reverse drawing in one step for tube-shaped parts was put forward and its blanking die was designed and appled to the practical production. The objective of high-quality,high-yield and energy saving was realized.
