板料成形压边力控制技术研究现状及发展趋势

摘要:
首先从压边力的加载模式及加载位置等方面介绍了压边力的控制方式,其次对压边力的理论分析进行了总结,最后对以人工神经网络为代表的人工智能及与现代控制理论相结合的压边力控制技术进行了分析。在对国内压边力控制技术综述的基础上,指出了目前在压边力控制技术方面存在的问题;同时,探讨了压边力控制技术的发展趋势。
Firstly,the control modes were introduced from the aspect of loading mode and loading location.Secondly, the theoretical analysis of blank-holder force(BHF)was summarized.And finally,combining with artificial intelli- gence(AI)which was represented by artificial neural network(ANN)and modem control theory,the intelligent con- trol technology of BHF was analyzed.Based on the overview of the research status of blank holder-force(BHF)control technology,existing problems of blank holder-force(BHF)control technology were pointecl out,and at the same time,its development trend was discussed.
