为了配合锻压行业赶超世界先进水平,制定远期发展规划的需要,本着“洋为中用”的精神,我们摘译了这篇文章,由于作者论述问题时,出自资本主义生产方式的观点,不论是问题的提法,还是文字的表达都具有浓厚的资本主义色采,虽然我们已尽量加以删节,但字里行间不免还留有痕迹,希广大读者有批判的参考。
