对TB2钛合金筒形件(管材)进行了变薄旋压成形试验,探讨了合金锻坯和挤压坯旋压变形后的组织性能、强化效应和塑性变形规律。结果表明,合金锻造变形率大于70%时可基本消除铸态组织;温度≥700℃、道次减薄率为20%~30%、进给比为0.5~1.0 mm·r~(-1)时,合金筒形件旋压变形稳定。同时,对TB2钛合金旋压件进行了热处理试验,研究了固溶温度、时效温度对合金组织性能的影响,确定了合金的固溶温度和时效温度分别为710和520℃。

The microstructure and mechanical properties of TB2 titanium alloy forging-blank and its extruding-one after tube-spinning were investigated.The deformation-strengthen effect and plastic deformation mechanism of TB2 titanium alloy were also studied.The results show that TB2 titanium alloy cast-ingot can be converted into deformed-structure when forging-rate reaches to 70%.The alloy tubes can be spun smoothly under the condition in which spinning-tem- perature,reduction in thickness at every turn and feed rate are 700℃,20%~30%and 0.5~1.0 mm·r~(-1),respec- tively.The influences of solution temperature and aging temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of TB2 titanium alloy were researched with the aid of heat-treatment,and heat-treatment system was optimized and cho- sen,in which solution temperature and aging temperature are 710 and 520℃,respectively.
