统计过程控制(SPC)是现代企业质量管理中的一种重要手段,结合网络数据库技术可以实现生产过程中各关键工序产品质量的在线监控与离线分析,加速企业质量管理信息化进程。本文以铜管生产线质量管理为模板,系统地论述了SPC技术在铜管生产线质量管理中的应用,阐述了质量管理系统的流程以及关键技术。

Statistical process control is an important method in the enterprise quality control today.Combined with the network database,the on-line monitoring and off line analysis of the product quality in the key productive steps can be realized to promote the enterprise quality control information modernization process.Taking the copper tube production line as an example,the systematical flow,the critical technology of quality control and the application of the statistical process control technology in copper tube production line quality control was discussed.
