轻型载货汽车纵梁模具设计及成形性仿真分析

汽车纵梁通常采用定尺板料,通过大型压力机和模具,分工序进行落料、冲孔和成形。本文对纵梁的冲压工艺特点进行了分析,介绍了纵梁的落料、弯曲通用复合模的结构形式以及设计要点。运用有限元软件Dynaform预测纵梁的冲压成形过程,查看板料成形过程中的起皱、破裂等现象,并制定合理的解决方案。

Sized sheet is often used to make the automobile side-members by the processes of blanking,piercing and forming with large presses and dies.Stamping process characteristics of the side-member were analyzed,and the blanking and bending composite die structure as well as design features were introduced.Stamping process was forecasted with FE(finite element)software Dynaform and phenomenon of wrinkle and crack were checked during the stamping process of the sheet.The reasonable solutions were made at last.
