盘环套类锻件几何形状相似,在传统尺寸范围划分上存在重叠及空白区域,给该类锻件CAPP系统自动决策带来困难。本文从锻造企业的生产实际出发,对盘环套类锻件尺寸范围进行了调整和完善,并结合锻造CAPP系统的开发,在锻件类型自动判定、变形工步自动决策等方面做了一定探讨。根据调整后的盘环套类锻件尺寸范围及变形工步,开发了盘环套类的锻造CAPP决策系统,经有关厂家实际使用效果良好。

Disc-ring sleeve forgings are similar in their shapes,and there exist overlaps and blank region in the traditional size scope division.So it is difficult for the forging CAPP system to make a decision automatically.Based on actual production in the forging enterprise,the disc-ring sleeve forging size scope was adjusted and consummated,and an investigation on the aspects of the automatic decision-making method of forging type and deforming procedures combined with the development of forging CAPP system was made.According to the adjusted size scope and deforming procedure of the disc-ring sleeve forging,the forging CAPP system was developed successfully.Its applied result in the related enterprises indicates that the system is of certain usability.
