斜轧孔型开度值的计算机辅助三维图解

摘要:
在分析斜轧孔型空间几何关系的基础上,利用三维CAD软件的曲面造型和分析功能,通过沿曲面法线方向的投射,生成轧辊和管件接触线,并自动计算出轧制线上各点处对应的孔型开度值。借助于三维CAD软件平台——MDT(Mechanical DeskTop),结合设计计算实例,介绍了孔型开度值的计算机辅助图解方法,较好地解决了用传统方法求解开度值较复杂、难以应用的问题。节省了设计时间,减轻了设计强度,为管件斜轧工业生产提供了一种简便、精确、直观的三维图解计算方法。
Based on analyzing of geometry parameters of cross rolling pass,the contact curve of roller and pipe was obtained by using surface modeling and editing of 3-dimensional CAD.And the opening value of cross rolling pass,at any point of the rolling line,could be automatically calculated by projecting a curve to a surface along the normal direction of the surface.With the 3-dimensional CAD software—MDT(Mechanical DeskTop),the procedure of 3-dimensional graphic solution for opening value of cross rolling pass was given in detail through a practical design example.The problems existing in traditional calculation for opening value were overcome by using the approach mentioned above.This approach could shorten the design time and reduce the design complexity.It provides a simple,accurate and visual method of 3-dimensional graphic for cross rolling of pipes in industry.
