本文给出了用于锻模设计与制造的集成系统纲要.它是根据锻件成组加工工艺原则合理安排生产过程并建立信息系统的.系统对每一类锻件,给出可供选择的若干标准加工顺序或加工方案.每一加工方案附有各种模具的可供估价和设计用的数据,和可能用到的计算机辅助设计系统.本文给出了苦干类锻件用集成系统的计算机辅助设计程序.包括一个轴对称的同形锻件系统;一个长形锻件的予成形设计与模具布置设计的系统;以及一个小批量园形锻件组合模系统,及辅助模具镶块的计算机选择.
