皮带轮液压胀形模设计

摘要:
皮带轮零件是周向带有两条V形槽的圆筒形冲压件,采用液压胀形。分析了带轮成形工艺特性,介绍了皮带轮液压胀形模具结构,论述了模具结构特点和工作原理。该模具的凹模主要由三瓣可浮动的上环和下环组成,由气缸驱动的斜楔机构和三瓣环座控制其径向运动,并且上环压紧工件后随其纵向运动,保证了零件成形质量。模具结构紧凑,生产效率高。
The strap wheel is a sleeve punch part with two V-shape slots,and it is shaped by hydraulic pressure method.The technologic property and working procedure of the strap wheel was analyzed and the structure of the die,the character and working principle of the die were described.The plate of the die was mainly composed of floatable upper and low rings.The wedge system and three-part ring holder controlled the radial movement of the rings.When the upper ring impacted the part,it made the vertical movement with the part.So the quality of the part was.ensured The structure of the die was compact and the efficiency was promoted.
