研究了GH4169合金室温、700~800℃高温范围内的组织演化、瞬时拉伸及持久性能。实验结果发现,GH4169合金的瞬时拉伸强度随温度提高而降低,塑性在750℃下出现极小值,超过750℃后,又随温度的提高而大幅度提高;合金在750℃温度/295MPa应力下的持久时间高达406h 55min,这是由于在此温度下,基体中析出了点状和棒状魏氏体,延长空洞萌生时间所致。

The microstructure variation,instantaneous tensile and persistent properties of GH4169 superalloy at room temperature, between temperatures of 700℃ and 800℃ were studied.By the experiments,it was found that the instantaneous tensile resistance was decreased with temperature increase,but the smallest value of plasticity was appeared at 750℃ and the plasticity was increased strongly above 750℃.The persistent time of GH4169 alloy was as long as 406h 55min at 750℃ with stress of 295 MPa,which was due to that the particle and stick sharp Widmannstatten structure was separated out from the group body and it could extend the time of initiating cavities.
