通过对汽车支架零件的结构特点和工艺分析,制订了汽车支架零件的冲压工序。针对拉深工序成形过程中起皱、开裂和回弹问题,从拉深方向、压料面的形状和拉深筋等拉深成形的工艺和拉深模的结构进行了深入的分析,并以实际生产实现了支架零件的拉深成形工艺以及拉深模的结构设计。以三维造型软件UG为设计平台,建立了汽车支架零件的三维实体模型,并进行拉深模的结构设计,更真实地反映了拉深模零件之间的装配关系,减少了实际模具设计的缺陷。

Punching process was made through analyzing the structural characteristics and technology of torsion beam which was one of auto panels.Considering the forming problems of crack,wrinkle and spring back,drawing process including the drawing direction,shape of binder surface,draw bead and so on,and the structure of drawing die were analyzed.The produced torsion beam and the die show that the punching processes and the die structure are reasonable and feasible.Three-dimensional part modeling and die designing are performed in UG conveniently and quickly.It can show the part relation of the die more actually and reduce the defects of die designing in practice.
