手机镜片产品的注射成形较为困难,主要是其注射模具的设计与制造要求较高。经分析认为,模具的浇注系统要选择好浇口位置,浇口形式采用扇形浇口,其尺寸应与产品的有关尺寸相吻合,以保证后续工序的切断加工。应重视排溢系统的设计,不仅在塑件的四周设计4条排气槽,同时,还利用6个冷料穴作冷料、排气、推出塑件用。模具采用三模板结构,特别增加了加固杆设计,以防止模板受压变形。镜片注射模的成形表面质量很重要,应该做好型腔的镜面抛光,关键要注意合理应用电火花加工工艺,选择合适的粗、精加工电极材料,不得使用手工抛光工艺。

The cell phone lens is difficult to be produced.This is because of the higher requirement of the injection mould design and manufacture.Through the analysis and research,it was found out that the gate position of the runner system should be selected properly.The sector gate structure should be adopted,whose size should be met with that of the product so as to guarantee the following machining procedure.The design of the exhaust system was very pivotal.Not only four exhaust channels were designed around the plastic part,but also six cold wells were used as deposition,exhaust system and extrusion for plastic part.Three mould plates were adopted on the injection mould and the design of the reinforced pole was added to avoid the mould plate being deformed.The surface quality of the lens was very important.In order to obtain the good surface quality,the matter of the len surfuce buffing of the mould cavity should be set down.It was pivotal that how to choose the technological parameter of the electric spark process.The suitable electrode material should be adopted for the rough and finish machining and the manual polishing was not allowed.
