介绍了一种以单根气动肌腱为驱动装置的压力机增力机构设计方案。利用气动肌腱这种输出力大和安装空间小的柔性驱动器与楔块和铰链连杆机构相结合而组成的增力机构,得到高倍数输出力。该机构是一种传动简单、结构紧凑、噪音小、增力比大且易于实现的驱动机构。气动肌腱具有在短行程中产生高输出力的特点,所以,是一种小型压力机和冲压机的理想驱动器。给出了该机构的工作原理、力学分析和参数计算方法,为小型压力机及台式冲压机提供了一种新的驱动方法。

A mechanism of small press driven by a pneumatic muscle was designed.Incremental working force was obtaind by combining a pneumatic muscle which could generate high driving force within a small mounting space with a toggle lever mechanism and a wedge.The simple transmission setup,compact structure,low noises and higher force increase ratio could be reached easily by the mechanism.The pneumatic muscle is ideal when used for the actuation of a small press,because a high force is exerted via a short stroke. The result is suitable for small press and table punch.The working principle of the mechanism,the force transmission analyses and parameter calculations were shown.This study offered a new drive for the small or table press.
