摘要：

以半椭圓形内胆工件为例,分析了非对称形工件的结构特点及由此给成形来的问题,介绍了对此类工件可以采取的工艺对策,以及可应用于批量生产的成形工艺方法和主要模具的结构特点。

This article takes the semioval workpiece as an example.It analyses the structure characteristics of the unsymmetrical workpiece and its problem for the forming.It also introduces the internal countermeasures that may be used for this kind of workpiece.This article introduces the main forming process and the structural features of the die,which are applied in the volume production.
