刚度属于冲压件的使用性能,是弹性范围内抵抗外力载荷的能力。关于冲压件刚度的影响因素,至今没有明确的结论。本文创造性地以原始钢板为研究对象,利用动力显式有限元仿真软件,分析了不同厚度、不同强度钢板的刚度特性,揭示了厚度、强度、弹性模量、泊松比等因素对钢板刚度的影响因素,从而为揭示冲压件刚度特性的影响因素奠定了良好的基础。

Stiffness belongs to the performance properties of stamping parts,and refers to ability of exterior force resistance.The influence factors of stamping part stiffness are not known clearly today.In this paper,original steel sheet is taken as a research object.By dynamic-explicit FEM software,stiffness properties for different thickness and different strength steel sheet are analyzed,and the influence of thickness,strength,elastic module,Possion's ratio on sheet steel stiffness is proposed.The research method and research result of the paper is the solid base for proposing the influence factors of real stamping parts.
