介绍某汽车内饰加强板冲压工艺的设计过程,重点介绍了利用Autoform软件对板料成形过程的计算机模拟方法,并对拉深件在计算机上的模拟过程进行了分析,以此作为依据最终确定合理的冲压工艺,阐述了CAE分析在薄板冲压成形过程中所发挥的重要作用。

The paper introduces the design procedure of the stamping process for an automotive interior enforcement panel especially the computer simulation method for the panel steel forming process with the software Autoform.The optimal stamping process is finally determined based on the analysis of the simulation of drawing part and the important role of CAE technology is also expatiated.f
