介绍冲压成形仿真技术在金属两片浅冲罐印刷制版中的应用。传统的两片罐印刷制版方法采用刚性展开法确定商标在毛坯上的初始位置,未考虑毛坯变形过程中的拉深和压缩变形,然后通过多次试冲调整商标位置到达较理想的冲压成形后商标布置效果。利用冲压成形仿真技术预测材料流动和应变分布,先确定成形后商标在零件上的布置,再反推到成形前平板毛坯上的位置。通过将冲压成形仿真技术应用于椭圆两片罐的印刷制版,证明该方法有效的缩短了实际试冲调整的时间,降低了成本。

The application of stamping simulation technology in two-piece can is introduced.The initial location of mark printed on the metal sheet has been set down by using the traditional method of rigid unwrapping method.It doesn't consider the stretching and compressing distortion during the course of forming can.For getting better mark appearance,many experiments and adjustment have to be done.The stamping simulation technology could predict the material flow and the strain distribution,so the initial mark location and shape could be calculated.The experiment of ellipse two-piece can shows that the stamping simulation could reduce the adjusting time and cost effectively.
