通过对带环形槽散热板的爆炸成形的实验研究,简要介绍了大尺寸板状零件在爆炸容框内进行成形的机理,并对其实验方法、装置、过程以及能量、药量估算进行了分析。实验结果表明,采用小药量低吊高多炮成形方式,可有效地在爆炸容框中实现大尺寸板状零件的爆炸成形,为大尺寸板状零件成形提供了一种高效节能的新途径。

Through the experimental research on explosive forming of heating panel with annular recess,the forming mechanism of large size plate part in explosion container is briefly introduced.And the methods,equipments and process of experiment,energy,estimation of detonator quantity are also analyzed in this job.The experimental results show that large size plate part can be explosively formed effectively by the way of short distance between the detonator and the plate,which provides a new efficient and energy-saving method for the forming of large size plate parts.
