针对曲柄压力机高速化所带来的振动加剧问题,以JF75G-125型曲柄压力机为例,建立力学模型,用解析法分析了曲柄滑块机构惯性力产生的原因,采用对称布置法实现动平衡。建立了曲柄压力机在ADAMS中的动力学模型,采用二次优化法进行动平衡优化,对优化后的压力机模型进行了仿真,并利用ADAMS的后置处理模块对动态惯性力进行测试和分析,在此基础上,对曲柄压力机优化前后的动力学参数进行比较和分析,提出了压力机的动平衡优化改进方案。

To alleviate the vibration of high speed crank press,based on JF75G-125 type of press,a mathematical model for Slider-Crank system is established and the kinematic and dynamic properties are analyzed with analytic method.The dynamic balance is complimented by symmetry deign.A dynamic model is built up for Slider-Crank system in ADAMS(Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical Systems).Balanced by quadratic optimization,inertial forces of the optimized model have been tested and analyzed in ADAMS/ PostProcessor.On the basis of above,dynamic properties between the improved and unimproved crank press are compared and analyzed.Finally,an improved solution of crank press is presented.
