研究冲裁件优化排样算法及实现问题,提出一种用一步平移法和遗传模拟退火算法相结合的算法解决冲裁件的排样问题。克服了平行线分割一步平移法中计算量大的问题,具有优化效果好、自动化程度高、迅速准确地得出工件排样的最优解。

This thesis mainly studies the algorithm and realization method for blanking part optimal layout,and puts forward an idea of using parallel moving algorithm and genetic simulated annealing algorithm to solve the problem of blanking part layout.They overcome large calculation of parallel moving algorithm,which have the advantages of good optimal effect,high automatization and can fast and correctly obtain the optimal results.
