线切割一次性加工凹、凸模广泛应用于模具工业。通过一则产品应用实例介绍了如何摆一定的斜度线切割一次成形加工凹、凸模,以及斜度的具体计算方法。并与原有的公式做了计算比较,简化了计算公式;同时,对产品加工成形的工艺工序做了分析介绍。给出了计算凹、凸模冲裁间隙的经验公式。冲压模中的内导柱孔起着非常重要的导向和定位作用。还介绍了一种线切割内导柱孔方法,减少了制造过程中的一些环节。用线切割一次性加工凹、凸模,其形状一致、间隙均匀合理,节约模具材料,也缩短了模具生产周期,降低了制造成本。

Simultaneously manufacturing the punch and matrix cutting is widely used in die industry.An appropriate method of making a gradient wire cutting is given through an applied example and gradient calculation formula is predigested in contrast with the old ones.In addition,the working technics and procedure of the product are analysed and experiential formula of interval between punch and matrix are given.In order to reduce manufacturing progress,a measure how to cut inward oriented hole is introduced.The shape is identical and interval is reasonable between the punch and matrix after cutting simultaneously.Correspondingly,it can reduce manufacturing material,shorten product cycle and save product cost.
