大型模锻锤的锻模破裂是造成重大经济损失、制约锻造生产正常进行的痼疾。通过对模锻锤运动特征、模具制造、安装和锻造工艺等大型锤锻模的破裂事故分析,表明:大型热锻模的破裂形式是由于其恶劣的服役环境和受力方式决定的,其破坏情况与模具设计、热处理、加工方向、安装使用,乃至工人的工作情绪等因素有密切关联。简单从制作工艺上提高质量是远远不够的,只有对每个环节加以重视,才能有效地减缓模具的破坏速度。

Five typical broken failures of heavy-duty forging die are analyzed.Analysis is performed on the broken failure conditions from the points of forging die's configuration characters,working principle,forging die manufacture,forging technology and forging die setting.The method for solving these problems are proposed.The results show that heavy-duty forging die failure is resulted from bad environment and force bearing mode.Many reasons cause forging die failures such as die design,heat treatment,fixing,machining flowing line direction,and worker's emotion.It is not enough to improve forging die making quality.The importance is to pay attention to every working points so as to reduce the forging die failures.
