针对ZCuPb10Sn10材料难变形的特点,制定了挤压前均匀化退火、挤压前预浸油24h、坯料厚度尺寸优化、优化三向应力状态等工艺技术,把延伸率6%提高到11%,成功地进行了铸态组织挤压,达到对铸态组织的改性,突破了铸造铅青铜长期以来只能机加工不能挤压的难题,节约工时73.6%,节约原材料37.3%,提高了轴承板的承载能力和使用寿命,该工艺达到优质、高效、节材的目的。

Because ZCuPb10Sn10 material is difficult to be deformed by cold extrusion forming,the author introduces the technologic process of the uniformly annealed and immersed in oil for 24 hours before extrusion,optimized thickness size and three dimension stress state in the paper.The result indicates that it breaks through the mistaken ideas that the organization can only be machined.Through the process,the casting organization is successfully extruded to change its performance.The technology enhances the prolongation ratio to 11% from 6%,saves 73.6% working time and 37.03% material.It improves loading capacity of whole bearing board and increases its service life.It has realized the goal of high qualities,high efficiency and material-saving.
