针对管材小半径弯曲的成形过程,运用塑性成形基本理论,对管材弯曲中的应力分布、壁厚改变、中性层偏移、弯矩、截面收缩率等主要工艺参数进行了分析,推导出了相关解析计算公式,并探讨了相对弯曲半径变化对各工艺参数的影响,为管材弯曲工艺计算提供了简便方法。

Plastic-deformation theory is employed to investigate the process of pipe bending with small bending radius.In this paper,stresses in the bend,wall thickness change,shrinking rate at the tube section,deviation of neutral axis,bending moment,and flattening have been analyzed.The relatively bending radius impact on every craft parameter has been probed and provided the simple and convenient method for the calculated bending craft of pipe.
