摘要：

采用大变形弹塑性有限元法,对无缝钢管局部径向模具塑性成形过程进行了研究,得出了对控制无缝钢管成形质量具有重要参考价值的结论,解决了成形过程中钢管的开裂与表面压痕问题。

Based on the theory of large deformation elastoplastic FEM,the process of the locally and radically die plastic forming of seamless steel pipe has been researched.Conclusions with the important reference value to control the quality of seamless steel pipe are gained,which solve the steel pipe crackle and surface impression problems in the forming process.
