提出了在英制外螺纹滚压成形中,两个公制普通外螺纹滚压成形的螺坯直径计算经验公式,经对比计算分析及实际工作应用检验,同样适用于英制外螺纹滚压成形的螺坯直径计算。

The paper puts forward two BS (British system) formulas used for outer screw thread roll forming and screw billet diameter calculation, which have been proved and put into application through comparing calculation. It is proved that this can be also applicable for calculating the outer screw thread roll forming and screw billet diameter.
