针对楔横轧模具的结构特征和数控加工的特点,提出了一种无轴向导程楔横轧模具数控加工方法,并阐明该加工方法的特点,对该方法的加工效率和传统数控加工方法进行了分析,表明该方法可提高效率30%左右。

To the feature of the structure of cross wedge rolling tool and the characteristics of NC process, a NC process of cross wedge rolling tool based No-Axial-Lead Processing is presented, and its characteristics are illustrated. By analyzing its efficiency of process comparing with traditional process, it indicates that this process can raise efficiency by about 30%.
