翻盖手机前盖模具设计

摘要:
翻盖手机的塑料零件日趋复杂,其中前盖的结构不但复杂,而且精度要求也高,导致模具设计制造的困难。在这副前盖模具设计方法上,有一些比较新颖的设计想法。浇注系统选择前后两个扇形浇口,使熔体流入的速度均匀、浇道的流程变短,能降低产品的内应力,防止空气带入腔体;前盖与翻盖的两个装配转轴孔的成形,采用特殊的侧面抽芯机构,降低了模具制造成本,解决了位置小、结构上受限制,脱模机构设计困难的老大难问题;尝试用抽真空的办法辅助成型,在模具上设计排气槽和排气小孔,采用密封圈密封,与抽真空设备连接,能有效地改善塑料熔体的注射充模条件,便于融熔塑料的流动、排气,有效地提高了塑件质量和生产效率。
The plastic parts of double-cover cellphone become complex day by day, front cover structure not only complex, moreover the precision request is also high, which causes the difficulty in mould design and manufacture. As for the design method of front cover mold, there are some quite novel design ideas. Pouring system choices two fan-shaped runners, which makes the flowing speed of the melting body even and shorten the running channel flow, thus can reduce the internal stress of the product to prevent the air from being led into the cavity body; The forming of two assembling axe holes of both front and back covers, with the adoption of the special organization of side pulling out the core, has reduced the mould production cost and solved the big problems, such as small position, structure limits, difficult disengaging organization design; Trying to form it by means of pulling out vacuum, such as designing the exhaust trough and the exhaust eyelet in the mold, adopting the seal packing collar for seal and achieving the connection with vacuum equipment, therefore, this can effectively improve the injection filling mould condition of the plastic melting body, be convenient for the flowing and exhausting of melting plastics, and effectively enhance the quality and the production efficiency of plastic parts.
