本文对金属在毛边槽上流动的特点进行了分析,介绍了一种新型的具有扩张形轮廓的毛边槽,并给出了实验结果;此结果表明,新型毛边槽将显著地降低变形力和变形功。

The paper gives an analysis of the features of the metal flow on the flash. On the basis of the analysis it discribes a new type of flash with. expansive configuration and offers experimental results, which are proved to be a great decrease in the force and energy for deformation.
