论述了对于多品种,大批量的汽车纵梁生产模具设计制造采用CAPP技术的方法,提出了根据产品图号并按纵梁冲压流程,抽取纵梁特征信息———几何和形状信息,使纵梁在下料及冲孔模、弯曲模设计、数据共享,提高了生产效率,满足了工艺需求。

The paper introduces a design method of CAPP, which is adopted in producing auto girders of various kinds and in great quantity. It puts forward a concept that the characteristic information -geometry and shape information are picked up according to graphic number of product and technological flow to provide the common information for designing of blanking, punching and bending. Thus,the production efficiency is enhanced and the technological requirement is met.
