对AZ31镁合金的大压下率轧制进行了研究,分析进行大压下率轧制的途径,并对轧制后材料的微观组织和力学性能进行分析。研究发现只要选用合适的工艺条件,AZ31镁合金可以进行大压下率轧制。在300℃和400℃温度下大压下率轧制得到的AZ31镁合金,都具有细小均匀的微观组织和良好的力学性能。

The heavy reduction rate rolling of AZ31 Magnesium alloy is investigated in this paper.The ways to realize heavy reduction rate rolling,microstructure and mechanical properties after rolling are reported.It is found that AZ31 Magnesium alloy could be rolled with heavy reduction rate if appropriate processing parameters are chosen.After rolled at 300℃or 400℃,the AZ31 Magnesium alloy exhibits fine and uniform microstructure as well as good mechani-cal properties.
