摘要:
无模液压胀形是对封闭壳体施加内压力的一种成形方式。本文描述了用近足球型封闭壳体的无模内压胀形过程,实测了典型点的应变变化情况,壳体最终成为球形。实验结果表明,虽然各处减薄量不等,但变薄率均小于3.86%。
Dieless hydro-bulging is a forming technology under inner liquid pressure applied to closed shell.The process of dieless hydro-bulging near soccer-shape closed shell is described in this paper.The deformation of typical points on the shell is measured.Finally,the preform becomes a soccer shell.The experimental results show that the maximum thickness thinning ratio is less than 3.86%,although it is not uniform in different points.
