通过对铝合金型材绕弯数值模拟的关键技术的研究, 探讨型材绕弯成形中的有限元建模、加载方式等对数值模拟结果的影响, 分析侧压力和后张力对绕弯成形几何缺陷的影响规律。模拟数据与实验进行对比得出两者数值较接近, 并具有一致的规律性, 而且型材绕弯模拟中采用六面体单元比采用四边形壳单元有更好的模拟效果。采用有限元模拟技术, 掌握型材绕弯成形机理与工艺参数, 为生产提供技术基础。

In this paper,the key techniques of numerical simulation in the rotary draw bending of aluminum alloy profile are studiedThe influence of finite element model and loading method on the simulation result is discussedAnd laws of side pressure and rear pulling force effect on geometrical defect in the rotary draw bending are analyzedThe result shows that the finite element analysis is proven to be a very effective numerical tool and has the same laws as that of the experimentFurther more,it is concluded that hexahedral body element is more effective than the sheet element in the rotary draw bending of FEM simulationFEM simulation will provide a technical basis for the practical application in the future
